Everything on this site is guaranteed to be as specified. Most manufactured items carry their warrantee. Know that much here is hand made and in that sense is not always "perfect". Any items with flaws that effect their aethetic or structural strength are not sold. Imported items are inspected, and repaired if nescessary to maintain the highest standards. I have a liberal return policy, but also trust that you are looking for the unique with all the variance that implies than something perfectly machine made.
